Each record includes the timestamp, your phone number, the Twilio Call SID, the consent method (verbal or key press), and the script version used. We use Twilio to power our phone and SMS communications. Twilio processes call and message data on our behalf under their own privacy policy. We do not authorize Twilio or any other communications provider to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Third-party tools we use to operate our business (e.g., Twilio for communications, email service providers). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
